How are winners chosen?
Winners are chosen at random and notified via Email once we’ve verified they have satisfied all of the entry requirements (ie. liking our Social Media accounts, sharing posts, completing the entry form, etc. as specified case-by-case). Make sure mitch@showsigoto.com & showsigoto@gmail.com are in your address book to ensure you receive his email if you win.

How do I get my tickets if I win?

Email Tickets: You may receive your tickets via email directly from the ticketing provider, ie. Ticketmaster, AXS, Eventbrite, etc. Once you receive confirmation of winning, please always check your spam folder and “promotions” tab if using Gmail if you haven’t received your tickets.

Guest List Ticket: You may be added to the Will Call Guest List at the door or box office. You will be required to present a Government-issued ID to match the name on the list so make sure you provide us your full, legal name.

How many tickets do you give out?
We give out at least one pair of tickets to each show we get tickets for. Sometimes more. Sometimes a lot more.

What if I can’t go to the show after I win?
Please let us know ASAP and we will gift them to someone else. Please do not sell your tickets (it’s illegal to sell comp tickets). You got them for free, please pay it forward.

Is this real?
Yes! We are really real. Yes, you did actually win (I know, you never win anything, but now you can say you won tickets from SIGT!!) 🙂

Can I transfer my tickets to my friend/partner/boyfriend/girlfriend/dog’s step-dad….
No. Tickets are non-transferrable.

Can I sell these tickets to a friend?
No. It’s illegal to sell complimentary tickets (Yes, really, here’s the law)

What if I can’t go?
Please just let us know! There are many people who enter our giveaways, I’m sure they would love to go if you can’t.

Help! I didn’t think I was going to win!
Please don’t enter our giveaways if you are not seriously planning on attending. This disrupts the process and can cause tickets to go unused. 🙁

Are there secret/more giveaways?
Yes! Sign up for our email list here and you’ll see them once a month.

Shows I Go To encourages you to always purchase merch from the bands and drinks/concessions from the venue.
